As a business or online blog owner, you probably already know the importance of telling the truth. This is just one of the most basic business ethics that all business owners know. This is not to say, however, that all business owners follow this. It is critical, however, if you want to create and maintain a viable business for the foreseeable future. As a rule of thumb, you might get away with something once or twice. But if you continue to deceive people, you will be destroyed online through social media and your credibility will be lost. This is just not worth the risk to take. Be honest with people about your brand, your products, and your services. Don’t overinflate an offer and tell them what the product does that will help them. Answer any questions honestly. People are looking for businesses they can trust online. They will be loyal to business owners who meet up to this standard. Ones who don’t may lose their good name. And once you lose that, it’s very hard to gain it back.
As far as my personal sex life goes, it’s surprisingly vanilla. But I do get into mind-fucking. I enjoy seeing how far I can push guys. I’ll try getting them to hold my purse or tie my shoes for me. And I’m almost always honest about what I do for a living -- even my mom knows and she’s fine with it; my dad doesn’t want to know. Guys usually assume that I’m easy, or tell me that they’re not into being financially dominated. Then they ruin first dates by asking me questions all night and thinking I will put them into bondage or something.
Research other listings in your city on AirBnB and see what the going rate is for a place like yours. You could also just rent out a private room as well or even a bed in a shared room. In fact, that's how AirBnB got its start. However, you might find it hard in the beginning without reviews, but as long as you take really good care of your guests and provide a lot of value, the reviews will eventually come rolling in.
Research individual companies in your desired niche: If possible, it’s always better to become an affiliate directly with a company (if they have an internal affiliate program), as no one else will be dipping into your commission rate. I would then reach out to all the models I know with large Facebook and Instagram’s and ask them to share my content and shout me out. Maybe they could even hint at the potential of “something more…”. I’d probably have to Paypal them $50–100, but a couple would do it for free. [I know a lot of models on Facebook with 1m+ fans and on IG with 100k+ fans - so I’d definitely leverage this].
